(You will need to choose "Wisconsin" from the drop down menu.) The test-out option is only available in the first year of the biennium. Study materials may be purchased from WI DRL. Ethics and Orientation
Several years ago, in an effort to raise professionalism in the real estate industry and service to the consumer, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) instituted a quadrennial ethics training requirement. This means that all NAR members are required to complete an approved Code of Ethics Training every four years.
The current quadrennial dates are from January 1, 2009—December 31, 2012. This means that all WWRA members must attend or provide proof of completing the approved course to WWRA by December 31, 2012. NAR has established a timeline for consequences for those who do not complete the training by the specified timeframe, including suspension of national, state and local membership.
Please feel free to call WWRA at (651) 776-6000 with any questions or dates of the upcoming trainings. You can also take the course online at www.realtor.org.
