Membership Types
The association offers several membership options for REALTORS® and non-REALTORS®.  Look below to identify the type of membership you need, and click on the link to find out the required dues and forms for that membership.

Becoming a member also makes you a member of the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®.  This gives you access to all the resources offered by those associations such as forms, field guides, and discounts on services and programs you might need for your business.

REALTOR® Memberships

• Broker memberships are for those that possess a broker license
• Agent memberships are for those that possess a real estate agent license

Non-REALTOR® Memberships

• Affiliate memberships are for those that do not possess a real estate or appraiser's license.
• Allied memberships are for REALTORS that belong to an association that is not part of the RMLS (other than the Saint Paul, North Metro, Southern Twin Cities, or Minneapolis boards)

If you are transferring from or to another association, you must complete a member change form and contact our key administrator to transfer your SuperKey.

New Member and Licensing Requirements
All new members are required to take an Orientation class held in Saint Paul MN, which covers the code of ethics.  Orientation classes are offered every month.  Orientation dates are published in the weekly e-mail or you can call 888-722-4922 to find out about upcoming dates.
