Affiliate Member
To become a member you must submit all of the appropriate paperwork and pay all dues and fees to the association. Paperwork may be mailed, faxed or delivered in person.  Payment can be made with a check or credit card.

If someone in your office is already an affiliate member, then you can sign up as a secondary member.

What dues and fees are there?

• If you are a licensed appraiser and choose to have access to the full MLS (not just sold and tax data, which is the standard access for Affiliate Members), you will be subject to the dues schedule of a Broker Member and also need to complete some additional paperwork.  Go here to find out all about what is necessary to become a Appraiser Member.
• You will pay dues for your membership based upon the time you join.  You can view a complete dues schedule here.
• There is a $300 initiation fee and a $32.50 per month fee for accessing the MLS.
• You will be billed $127.80 + tax annually (see a prorated schedule here) for your Supra Key lease. This is optional and not a cost refelcted in the totals below.
• Lockboxes may be purchased for $85.00 + tax per box.

Secondary affiliate members pay $25 regardless of when you join the association.

What forms are needed?  Whether you are a primary or secondary affiliate member, you will need the following:

• Affiliate membership application
• MLS password form
• Affiliate sold application

All forms can be completed online and then printed, faxed or mailed for processing.  No membership will be processed without the submission of all the forms and fees.
