What is the NorthstarMLS?
The NorthstarMLS provides members with quick and simple access to all listings in the western Wisconsin and the Twin Cities metro area.  There are several features that make the NorthstarMLS more powerful than the MLS of the past, including:

• broker reciprocity
• automatically e-mail listings to your clients
• create custom searches
• multimedia option that allows you to add virtual property tours
• Google Earth maps with aerial and hybrid views

To sign onto the MLS, you must go to northstarmls.com and enter your username and password.  If you do not know either of these, contact the association at 888-722-4922 and staff can quickly provide you with the necessary information.

MLS Co-Operative
The MLS Co-op is a data-sharing cooperative between several Minnesota associations. You will be able to access active listing information from areas such as St. Cloud, Itasca, West Central Minnesota, and the Greater Lakes area, to name a just few. 

RMLS District Maps
These maps require that you have Acrobat Reader, which is free.  Every file is sized to print on standard letter size paper.

Black & White maps providing only MLS district and municipality detail:

• Anoka, Chisago, Ramsey, Washington and some of Isanti, Sherburne and Wisconsin Counties
• Dakota, Scott and some of Goodhue, Le Sueur and Rice Counties
• Hennepin, Carver, McLeod, Sibley and some of Wright Counties

Maps similar to those on the RMLS but re-sized to fit your computer screen.  They are in color, have MLS areas, city detail, and some street detail:

• Anoka County
• Carver County
• Dakota County
• Hennepin County
• Ramsey County
• Scott County
• Washington County

Getting help with the NorthstarMLS
